• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider).
• Billing details: handled by Stripe. We see your plan, billing status and the last four digits of your card, never the full number.
• Your content: the episodes you upload, transcripts, and the clips and settings you create.
• Client answers: approvals, notes and names your clients enter on delivery pages.
• Usage and technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser and pages visited, used to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the service (processing your episodes into clips, showing them to your clients), to bill you, to support you, to keep the service secure, and to tell you about important changes. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use your content to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service for us, under contracts that protect your data:

• Vercel (hosting and file storage)
• Supabase (accounts and database)
• Stripe (payments)
• Anthropic (short transcript excerpts, to suggest clip endings and highlight words)

How long we keep it
