What counts as an hour?
The length of the episodes you upload that month. Cutting more clips from an episode you’ve already uploaded doesn’t use more hours.
What if I go over?
You’ll see your usage in the dashboard as you go. When you hit your limit you can upgrade right away; nothing you’ve already made is affected.
Can I change plans?
Any time, from your billing page. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades take effect at the end of the period.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
