Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“PodClip”, “we”) for your use of the PodClip website and service. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You need an account to use PodClip. Keep your login details safe; you’re responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos, audio and other material you upload (“Your Content”) and to the clips PodClip makes from it. You give us a limited license to store, process and display Your Content only to provide the service to you, for example transcribing it, framing it, and showing it to the clients you send it to.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including the right to use the voices and likenesses of the people in it and any music you add.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use PodClip for anything illegal, to infringe anyone’s rights, to upload malware, or to try to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. AI features

Some features use AI models, including third-party models, to suggest clip endings and highlight words from your transcripts. Suggestions can be wrong; review your clips before publishing them.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled. Usage limits for each plan are described on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. [Refund policy.] Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep PodClip running and your files safe, but the service is provided “as is”. Keep your own copies of anything important. We may change or discontinue features; we’ll give notice of significant changes.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, PodClip isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending the agreement
